Investments

Minimum Initial Investment: $100,000 USD

Minimum Additional Investment: $10,000 USD

Maximum Investment: $15,000,000 USD (without pre-approval)

Maximum Age: 85 (without pre-approval)

Charges

Annual Asset Charge: 1.50%

Annual Asset Charge: 1.35% if account value after an Investment or on any Account

Anniversary equals or exceeds $1.5 million

No front end loads or back end sales charges

Transfers

Transfers are permitted subject to the terms and restrictions as outlined in the Sun Investor Offering Document.
15 transfers/exhanges annually (every 12 months) at no additional cost
